Horse Power Story Hour Programs

For the summer we are offering two reading programs for children and teens using books about Morgan horses by the award-winning author, Ellen Feld.

For children ages 6-8yrs they can come read a hardcover, autographed story book to the horses on June 24, July 15 and August 19. They also receive a membership in the Horse Tales Book Club.

For children ages 9-13yrs they have to read two books and complete a reading log. Then they can come to the farm to read with the horses on July 8 and August 12. They also receive a membership to the Horse Tales Book Club. If they read all seven books in the series they can come to the farm, August 26, to groom a horse and receive a Horse Tales Book Club medal.
